• Provide 100% uptime

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• The platform and its code
• Algorithms for website generation
• Design templates and elements
• Trademarks and logos

3.2 User Rights

The user owns rights to:

• Content they provide
• Generated website after payment
• Their own trademarks

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Unauthorized Use

It is prohibited to:

• Violate applicable law
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt hacking or security breaches
• Use the platform for spam or fraud
• Infringe rights of third parties

4.2 Consequences

In case of violation of these terms, UGen reserves the right to:

• Terminate access immediately
• Delete content
• Take legal action

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Prices and Payments

• Prices are listed on the platform in BGN/EUR
• Payments are made through PayPal (card or account)
• All prices are final, without hidden fees

5.2 Refund Policy

• 14-day refund period according to consumer protection law
• Full refund for technical problems on our side
• Free corrections within the first 7 days after delivery
• Refunds are processed through PayPal within 14 days

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Limited Warranties

UGen undertakes to provide:

• Quality services in accordance with description
• Technical support on business days
• Data security according to best practices
• Compliance with Bulgarian and European standards

We cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to external factors (internet providers, hosting issues).

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Within the law, UGen is not liable for:

• Indirect damages arising from service interruption
• Loss of profits due to technical problems
• Actions of third parties beyond our control
• Force majeure circumstances

Important: This limitation does not affect your consumer rights.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

8. Service Termination

8.1 Termination by User

The user can terminate use at any time by deleting their profile.

8.2 Termination by UGen

UGen may terminate access in case of:

• Violation of terms
• Non-payment of due amounts
• Service discontinuation

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

9.2 Jurisdiction

All disputes are resolved by competent Bulgarian courts.

9.3 Alternative Resolution

Before legal proceedings, parties undertake to attempt amicable settlement.
